A Multiteam approach to successful management of a cardiac cases is vital. Nursing plays a critical role in management of cardiac patients. Evidence based nursing practice is only recenly being compiled and many nursing practices have been done based on experience, tradition and experience from past observations or mistakes. Documentation of such practices and experience is really necessary. Also individual case experiences may also be documented.
